ExcELLEnce in Canadian Board Governance: Building Competency, Confidence, and Diversity

The Greater Montreal Chapter of Women in Bio (WIB-Greater Montreal), in collaboration with the McGill University Executive Institute, has created a professional development program in order to accelerate the process for Life Sciences Boards across Canada: The Excellence in Canadian Board Governance (ECBG) program. After briefly presenting the purpose and ambitions of this program, Women in Bio (WIB) will bring together four inspiring speakers who will have the opportunity to discuss the reality of life science boards of directors, the challenges they can represent and the benefits of being part of them.
