Céline’s leads the scientific and executive recruitment practice at Pender&Howe, focusing on the cutting-edge pharma, digital and Medical Health, Biotechnology companies and AI… Previously, she built and led the scientific practice for Lock Search Group, Pender & Howe’s sister firm. With a hybrid profile combining senior consulting in the Life Sciences industry and a real passion for talent and career development. She also intervenes as a Certified Professional Coach (PCC) helping her clients developing their leadership and full potential. Therefore, Celine aligns her professional values with her vision of leadership and professionalism in the healthcare industry.

Since her initial training as a pharmacist, caring is a core value for her. The philosophy of “CARE” has always been and is integral part of her DNA. As the Programming Chair at Women in Bio, she fosters the personal and professional development of all women in life sciences regardless of their background, preference or experience and act for a better representation of women in strategic positions in life sciences.
