With a hybrid profile combining senior consulting in the Life Sciences industry and a true passion for talent and career development, Céline aligns her professional values with her vision of leadership and professionalism in the healthcare industry.
Céline leads the scientific and executive recruitment practice in Montreal for Pender&Howe specialize in providing executive leadership solutions that encompass VC firms, private equity, new technologies and emerging sectors. Previously, she built and led the scientific practice for Lock Search Group, Pender & Howe’s sister firm.
She has also accumulated more than 600 hours of private practice in business coaching (PCC certification according to ICF) and is certified to the NOVA profile. She is recognized for her personalized and attentive approach focused on professional development.
Celine is a pharmacist by training and has a MSc in Marketing Management & Law and 20 of years’ diverse working experience in the pharmaceutical / life sciences sector. She started her career as a Product Manager with Janssen in France, and after a short stint as a Community Pharmacist in England, she moved to Montreal in 2006 where she’s been involved in several consulting mandates (training, coaching, sales and medical affairs team management) with organisations such as NovoNordisk, Abbott, Sanofi, CHUM, and Bausch Health.

Celine is a mother of three, an avid runner, and an active volunteer in a non-profit associations: Women In Bio an organization of professionals committed to promoting careers, leadership, and entrepreneurship for women in the life sciences and le Coeur et les Jambes that that gives children with permanent / temporary motor disabilities the opportunity to achieve sporting challenges.
