Karine Grand’Maison

Vice-President : Access & Government Relations - Pfizer Canada

Karine Grand’Maison is Vice-President, Access & Government Relations at Pfizer Canada, a leading biopharmaceutical organization, and is a member of the executive management team. She has spent most of her career working in the life sciences sector and has been with Pfizer since 2008. Karine leads the team responsible for Pfizer Canada‚Äôs public and private payer engagement strategies, pricing and reimbursement operations, as well as our engagements with provincial governments.

Previously Karine counseled business leaders on legal, risk and reputation concerns as interim Legal Director in the Netherlands and Senior Legal Counsel in Canada where she was involved in significant public policy work as a member of the Intellectual Property and Legal Operation Team at Innovative Medicines Canada. Karine holds civil law (LL.L) and common law (LL.B) licenses as well as a MA in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. Karine is involved in the community in a number of ways including being a board member of the Teresa-Dellar palliative care residence.
