The field of real-world evidence (RWE) has evolved at break-neck speed. The promise of improving health outcomes for cancer patients by examining their real world experience has resulted in an explosion of interest and activity. RWE is now a broad-reaching tool that touches virtually every aspect of the pharmaceutical industry.
This presentation will discuss the need to generate data and evidence to answer complex problems in access and evidence for cancer treatment. It will highlighting recent innovations in collecting evidence, from the creation of expert networks to exploiting cloud-based machine learning and EMR data networks.
