Paul L’Archevêque

Mr. Paul L’Archevêque is Senior Associate at CapCOGITO, an independent consulting firm in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. After a 4-year term as the Dirigeant de l’innovation at the Quebec Ministry of Health and Social Services, he resumed his general consulting practice in April 2022. He undertakes consulting mandates in strategic planning and business plans, as well as innovation value demonstration. In addition to his experience at the MSSS, he has previously delivered strategic mandates such as the Intégration de l’innovation working group in the healthcare and social services network in 2017 and the Forum des sciences de la vie in 2012 for the Ministry of Economy and Innovation (MEI) and the MSSS. For 8 years, he was the CEO of Genome Quebec, responsible for the creation and implementation of an internationally competitive genomics research infrastructure in Quebec. He has also worked in the pharmaceutical industry, among other roles, as Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations for GlaxoSmithKline. He holds a Master’s degree in Biological Science (Neuropsychology) from the University of Montreal.
