Nada Zogheib, Executive Director of ‘le Centre d’entrepreneuriat de l’Université de Montréal’(CEuMONTRÉAL) has over 20 years of experience in sales coaching, customer service management, training, and customer loyalty strategies in Innovative Tech. companies. She has spent several years promoting Innovative Tech. companies and their services in North America, Latin America, North Africa, and the Middle East. She was also responsible for setting up a Proactive Customer Service and a Retention & Repeat Business departments and methodology. Also as a Customer Service Director, she enhanced and optimized a training program at KMtechnologies (Montreal). She has collaborated with several incubators/accelerators, including CEIM, where she acted as a senior consultant in the Sales Intelligence department. She shares with IT companies in the commercialization phase, her particular expertise in management and implementation of strategic customer service. She is also a regular speaker at conferences on Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Sales, and Proactive Customer Service strategy and retention. Nada holds a B.A. specializing in translation from the University of Montreal, a certificate in law from the Faculty of Continuing Education of the University of Montreal, and a degree in political science with an option in international relations from Concordia University.
