Marc-Antoine Pelletier

Entrepreneur and mechanical fluid specialist engineer, Marc-Antoine is passionate about sensor technology. In 2007, he founded KARBON-X, a company that invests in startups in renewable energy, microelectronics, and digital health.

He currently serves as President of HOP Technologies, a company that markets a digital health platform that includes microelectronics components integrated into a connected HOP Watch bracelet, which allows for high-resolution and high-frequency sampling of neurophysiological and acoustic data from clinical studies. Microelectronics plays a key role in the development of digital biomarkers for the detection of diseases such as type 2 diabetes and heart failure.
